This is my first time diving into the world of blogging, so I really appreciate your patience as I find my groove. Back in 2020, I found myself single after many years of marriage and raising kids, and let me tell you, it was a big change!
While I didn’t mind the quiet time, cooking felt like a different story. After years of hosting big family meals and holiday dinners, I struggled to adjust to cooking just for myself. I was used to making hearty portions, which led to some serious food waste. Before I knew it, I was relying more on takeout and prepackaged meals, and that wasn’t great for my wallet or my health!
Determined to make a change, I started searching through recipe sites and blogs for ideas tailored to smaller servings. After a couple of years of experimenting in the kitchen, I finally figured out how to whip up delicious meals for one without wasting a ton of food. I can’t wait to share these recipes with you!
